I ask this because I am a clan leader on a site called Monstersgame, and I wish to make my clan as well as possible. In my eyes, structure deals with anything to do with running the clan, including ranks. As such many tips may actually fall under "Good structure." Okay as to offering aid, No I am not, I was just saying that if more details where needed then I would be happy to add more. I want my clan to be able to someday achive a sort of leaderboard status and was asking for things that might help me along those lines. I realize the question is a little cypitic but I couldn't think of a better way to ask.

Well... that really depends on what your goals for the clan are. Personally, my ideal clan would just be a bunch of people who like to get together and have fun.
Never again am I joining any sort of clan that expects you to play for x amount of hours a day, gain levels as fast as you can, cowtow to jerk leaders, and be everything that amounts to the word "uber."
My ideal clan would be one who's sole purpose was to have a good time.
