Some bosses are really conceited and treat you badly, even if you are smart. I don't want to transfer jobs because I feel they are everywhere.

I've worked for "bad bosses," nasty ones, incompetent ones, and nice ones. Fact is, we eventually run into any or all of them during our lifetimes.

Some people just don't let it get to them and accept the fact that they're working for a nasty boss or one who treats them like dirt. So why do they take it? Because they either need the money or are biding their time until they find something better and move on.

Eventually, we reach a point in our careers where we can be more choosey in terms of for whom we want or decide to work. Now while it's true that there are plenty of bad bosses out there, there are also plenty of good ones too!

There are bad bosses in a lot of places, but by no means are all bosses that way. So try not to generalize. I'm sure out of all of your friends', there are a couple with bosses who are competent. One of the things you could do if you don't care for the job is of course transfer or go to a new one. But before you don that. Take advantage of any training, or mentoring programs that may be offered. This goes a long way to finding other opportunities and better ones that may have managers that aren't like what you're experiencing now.

Think about the profession you are in and the number of opportunities that could be elsewhere. Also consider involving Human Resources if there is such a thing at your job. Good Luck

Yap, these people are everywhere, best you can do is treat her the way she treated you. If she raise voice, raise your voice too with control and modulation. Do the same in facial expressions. You have the reason to do that because you are just responding the way she behaves. If she it make it hard for you, do the same for her. Time will come she will realize her fault.

The answer is to work for yourself. Be your own boss. The quickest, easiest, and best way to do this is to get involved in Internet Marketing.

If you can work for bad bosses, you can work for anyone. Grin and bear it or leave. The alternative is to be your own boss.

I'm banking on the fact that you're probably not being altogether too discreet at work about your feelings, so I predict this problem will resolve itself before too much longer.
