I think it is an excellent match. I am a virgo and the past 3 long term relationships I have had have been with a scorpio. Yes it does make a difference because people of the same star sign do have similar traits like it or not. The best matches are Virgo and Virgo, Scorpio and Virgo, Scorpio and Capricorn. I think it depends upon the virgo for the scorpio....
I dated one that was untruthful with me and had an annoying habit of instead of saying goodbye or stopping me when we went into a subject she didn't want to talk about, she had a habit of shutting me out..usually it was on the phone and she'd just hang up.. wound up calling it quits after I got too much of it...
But I know other Virgos who are really great and interesting people... I may want to see what happens actually with one or two of them...

Just go for it. I date a Gemini and I am a Virgo....and we have are disagreements. But no relationship perfect if the signs are compatible! My boyfriend is a good man, he just isn't strong in some areas....that's where I come in. Astrology defines some traits. If you born in October, you may be talkative. Never take Astrology literally! It does not define a person's personality, just some traits.

Im a scoripo and my dads a virgo, we got along well mist of the time, but i couldn't imagine dating someone with his personality, they would drive me insane
