Pay by Credit Card, I've got 2 of them memorized w/3 digit check codes too.
Its happened to me once already, left my wallet in the hotel went to Chilis ordered food ate drank then... utter embaresment no wallet. Waitress remembered me from a few days earlier accepted the memorized CC # cause it matched the other CC i used eralier.
localy i'd get a "tab" set up and pay it the next day, it pays to be a regullar and tip well.

Tell them I forgot it. Once when I was a teen I was working drive thur. This man ordered a breakfast combo. He got to the window and said he forgot his wallet. I gave him the food and after 5pm he came back and paid...haha

Sometimes they'll let you leave your driver's licence [which is stupid, because you HAVE to drive home to get the $], but if you are brave enough to do it that way, many times that will allow you to go home, get your wallet and return.

I would ask whomever I was with if they could cover it, and then I'd pay them back. I am true to my word.

Call someone who lives nearby and ask them to bring the money. I'd tell them that i'd pay them back later..there flawless!
