That worked for a while, but not they have returned and they r worse, tongiht he woke up choking and when i ran into his room his mouth was full of blood from his nose! That worried me! Is it possible for him to choke to death (God forbid) when that happens?

I have a thirteen year old daughter who gets major nose bleeds too. Usually what we do is have her blow her nose until it clots (usually two or three good blows helps) and keep an ice pack on the back of her neck and/or forehead until the bleeding stops. We did call 9-1-1 once, but of course by the time they got to her, the bleeding had stopped. They told us that having her blow her nose was one of the worst things we could do, but it seems to work. Someday, we'll try and go for the operation, we were told the lining in her nasal area is very thin, and that's why she gets them so bad, but we haven't pursued it yet since we spent over ten years (and ten operations) on her dislocated hip. She doesn't want to be operated on anything else anytime soon, and for good reason. Hope this helps!!

yea, this sucks to hear but he could choke and croak. Try to add books or something to the foot of his bead, then he will be on an incline, that might help. If you are seriously concerned call a hospital and tell them it is vital, this sounds very risky, I would call a hospital and tell them you need an appointment now. Drive over to the hospital and wait in the waiting room, if they dont get to you soon enough, go to another hospital. This should be taken care of immediately, make sure to mention this happens in his sleep, and he could die if they dont help you. Good luck with this.

You can either call the doctor and say that you need to see him sooner, or if it gets real bad, take him to the ER. Don't take any chances. Maybe you need to take him to another doctor for a second opinion.
