Does anyone know if taking Aspirin really does increase the chances of bub 'sticking'?

people swear it works but othere swear its a myth...im animic so i take iron and baby woudnt stick (with my iron) so i didnt take it during ovualtion time and walla i got prego ...due to thinner blood ...maybe it does really help

It does not at all work, that is a complete myth.
