I know I think it sucks we have to wait soo long and i was so happy that Diana went with that guy I was really shocked that Alana was taken but Shawn better live and Isabelle better go to jail!!! And April man i really don't like her

Im really not sure. I watch 4400 sometimes, but don't fully get it. How do the people get the powers?
