What can you do about a bump on your face.?

My cousin has a bump that has came up on his right side of his face just an inch an a half under his eye. He has been told to put a piece of bologna on it to make it come to a head, what should he do?

use acne ointment if this doesn't work see a dermatologist it may be a boil...

Bologna? LOL. He should try a warm compress. Nightly and as hot as he can stand. That is a very sensitive area and I wouldn't put germ filled bologna on it.
