I'd be interested in understanding how adoption agencies have unique courier requirements. Seems unlikely to me, but I'm the first to admit I know nothing about it.

Courier businesses in general seem really tough. More power to you if you decide to give it a shot. My hunch is there are a lot easier ways to make a living. If you decide to do this, be sure to work for one first for at least six months so you learn the business.

What are you wanting to courier? Most of the paperwork within an adoption agency is handled by a caseworker/social worker and an attorney.

Make sure they have air holes in the boxes. That's a good start.
