I want to link to Yahoo using a Yahoo Icon. Is this Legal?

Yahoo encourages your linking to Answers at least.

Go to your Q&A page and do ctl-F to search for the word Badge on that page. You will find "Add a live badge to your blog or website."

They wouldn't encourage you to do something that they would later sue you for. Heed the warnings of the other answer as well, don't make Yahoo! look bad and you should have no trouble.

I'm pretty sure Yahoo won't mind you advertising for them for free. So long as you don't add anything inappropriate to their icon, and don't make it look as though Yahoo supports anything bad.
