I want to try to have a natural birth. I know that exercising and certain stretches help prepare you for labor. Does anyone know any in particular or have any suggestions? Thanks!

Walking and Kegel helped for me. I did not have natural child birth for either of my kids but not by choice. Both were very large so walking was best. If your doctor says it is still okay for you to be underwater, I went to a heated pool and walked back and forth. This took a lot of pressure off my legs and back.

walking as much as possible during the entire pregnancy.!
my husband worked at wal-mart when our first was born. i would go to work with him and lap the store looking at stuff i wanted to get. the whole time he was at work! i would go with him about 3 times a week and do this! the night before i had my son i had walked/lapped wal-mart for 9 hours!
I felt 3 contractions and pushed 4 times and he was here! no drugs no IV no epidural no nothing but a happy healthy bouncing baby boy! (total hard labor 15 min)(i never even felt transition)

(also a nice warm bath during early labor can relax you and ease the pain)
(also if you are running late on your due date and wish to induce labor naturally, walk for about 30min to 2 hours (depending on your discomfort) and then squat on a ball like a soccer ball or basket ball, and bounce on it for a few minutes) (many of my friends have done this on my advice and had their baby's within hours)(its very safe)(but should only be done if natural induction is at the right time like the end of week 42 and you dint think you can bear another minute)
(also patosin inductions are a lot longer and a lot harder!)

OK...this is going to sound funny ,but trust me i had enough kids for this. Next time you go to the bathroom start peeing and just stop hold it for about 10 seconds or so and start agian. Repeat. contracting the mucsles down there will help you get ready....good luck
