I don't think I clarified what the assignment was on my earlier question-The assignment is to write an autobiographical paper in 1750 words that describes race relations in my community,which there is none. If anyone has any ideas I would be eternally grateful.

There has to be some kind of racial issues in your community and if there are none then thats a racial issue all in itself. As long as there are different races in a community there is always going to be an issue about something.

Why would your teacher assign a paper on racial diversity when there is none in the community? Perhaps there is and you just do not see it. Explore the community around you, and look closely at those people you might ignore (i.e. the bum on the corner, the newspaper stand guy, etc.).

First of alll you must be enrolled at Axia College. I just did an essay on ethnic diversity too. My town did not have any African Americans in it so I attended an all white school. I asked myinstructor if I could just do an essay about the general area or about my experiences with ehtnic grousp and I got the U. S.
