Click on Image Resizer. It changes images for you just by right clicking on the jpeg. You choose from 3 sizes. It's great because you don't have to open a program. Good Luck!

You can open it in Paint, Right Click, Sketch/Skew, Change the Stretch of Both Vertical and horizontal. Make sure if you change the vertical to 50 or whatever number, make the horizontal the same number so it wouldn't get all bent out of shape. Save it. The file is reduced.

You need photo editing software, reduce the size, increase the compression, or reduce the resolution.

you can zip it

or use paint. keep the ratio by reducing the height and width (select the image first, please, or you'll just cut it) by the same factor. Then cut out the white space around the image.

or you could cut it with paint, removing any garbage from the sides you don't want.

download IrfanView - it is free and there's loads of things you can do with it, resizing jpegs is one
