my sister and her best friend like the same guy, but the guy likes my sister. he's cute, nice, funny, and they really like eachother. what should she do???

well your answer is right there. they obviously should go together. it seems like they already are. so she should talk to her best friend and tell her what's up. tell her to tell her best friend that the guy obviously likes her and not the best friend. anyway, i think you are great for caring for your sister. i have a younger sister (by 2 years) and i love her to death.she is great but sometimes can be a pain in my a$$. but overall she is an A+. ok. now that i am done acting like a helpless sap, we can talk about your sister. tell your sister to tell her best friend to get over herself. the guys likes her and not the best friend. easy and plain to see.

This will get ugly. A friendship will probably be lost. Everybody can minimize the damage by being as understanding, yet as upfront about everything, as possible. It will help if the guy can introduce the best friend to a new group of guys like himself and she might find an alternate.

it really depends on the other girl. even if her friend says to go ahead, chances are she'll back out of the picture so your sister will lose her as a friend. I'm not saying it WILL happen but it's a pretty good bet.

They should go out. Who really cares who else likes him. That's love. It's not fair and it sucks, but your sister should go for it if they really like eachother.
* Your sister should probably talk to your friend about it first, but she should not just not date this guy because ur friend likes him too. It's not just about ur sister or ur friend. It is also about who the guy likes.

your sister and her friend should talk it out. Many a freindship has been lost over a man (or woman) Personally , I think they should both drop him. Sounds like he may be playing the two girls.
