I was in a public business, and one of the employees was having a bad day and started yelling at me in front of about 25 people, and then decided to call me a "WET-BACK". I am an american native, and she did not call me by any other name other than that. what should I do?Her boss has already called my girlfriend and admitted that it did happen, and wanted to know what she could do to make it right.

How did this damage you? I don't mean did you like it, but what actual damage did you suffer? If you weren't financially or physically damaged, let it go! If that is the worst thing that ever happens to you, you are very fortunate.
Remember, God forgives us our debts as we forgive our debtors. In order to GET forgiveness, it is essential that you give it whenever possible.

Well you could simply ask for an appology... it might be good... she probably will feel really bad about it. Just try not to blame her, just be like "It really bothers me when people make those sort of remarks and I'm not sure if I can respect you that way anymore." If she doesnt get it shes not worth your time. If she does it again talk to your boss and he can probably do something about it. Good luck!

When I was younger, normally I would tell the boss to fire this person,(after I reach out and kick their @ss.)But now,I would ask the boss what was the employees problem. I would also ask that if possible to have this person seek some sort of counseling if necessary.
