Atkins in combo with herbal green tea pills and Pilates

works like a miracle, but if atkins is too strict for you then the raw veggie plan seems woth a shot, a big factor is also substituting all beverages with water, and drinking LOTS of it. Also Pilates is awesome for slimming & toning without gaining bulky muscles.

That may work, but go easy on the nuts.

It's generally pretty hard to get fat on fruits and veggies!

I ate a lot of apples and my weight dropped 45 pounds in six months.

i would say that diet wouldn't be one that could accomodate to lifestyles easily. it requires a lot of planning and consideration, something that a diet should never be about! i would say monitoring your grams of fat (keep between 25-40) would allow you to lose weight fast and easily. this is like a weight-watchers program, the point are actually measuring fat!
lots of water
fiber
calicum (nonfat milk, nonfat cheese & yogurts)
