Im a 15 year old girl and I I have hair on my arms, all over my legs on my fingers, I shave it off and it comes back in 3 days, is this because of my genes or what the hell is it, and what can I do?

hair growth affects women in different ways yours may down to your genes and could run in the family. try to avoid shaving as the hairs will grow back quicker and darker and you can suffer from ingrown hairs. try waxing as this method will last for approx 4-6weeks before you need to treat them again, you can bleach your arm hair this lighten the hairs and make them less noticeable.
If you wanted to permantly remove the hair you can seek advice on epilation however if you want this as your under 16 you need parents permission but remember this is a perment hair removal method

You can bleach arm hair. So it looks natural. And having leg hair grow back in 3 days is natural. Finger hair...get those babies waxed.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

well i dont know but i do know one thing: when U shave hair off it comes back TWICE as fast.
