Has anyone read the book Angels and Demons by Dan Brown? This is the first book I have read by him and I am blown away! I loved it, and strangely it made me feel smarter... really I learned a lot from his factual and historical information. Anyway, if anyone hasn't read it yet- I highly recommend it. The cat and mouse story made me finish the book within two days... I couldn't put it down. I think I've found my favorite author...!

It really makes you think about things... about all of the things that are hidden from the average eye. I want to go to Rome now and look at all of these things. The Illuminati symbol on the back of the dollar got my attention. This book makes you ask a lot of questions about the Catholic church... I am doing research on the book now and am learning that everything- and I mean everything- in his book is in fact real. And I agree with the book... I think that science and the belief in a higher power should help one another out instead of constantly downgrading each other. I wonder if science could ever prove that there is a higher power?

I've read all of his books but thought that "Angels and Demons" was his best. I liked "Deception Point" and of course, "The DaVinci Code" too. If you want to have some fun, visit his website... especially the link below....

There is this awesome book about the Da vinci Code it shows you where all his sources come from. Dan Brown's sources. It's written by Josh Mcdowell. It's so interesting to actually have references in front of you that show you most of all of Dan Brown's information is false or twisted. I was shocked when I realized I had been lied to about dates and numbers and historical numbers he claimed. i personally think th Da vinci Code is a good fiction book. I loved it for that reason but sadly not very accurate.

Yes, I enjoyed it as much as you did. I've read all of Dan Brown's books and have not been disappointed. My favorite though is still "Angels and Demons." Due to the success of the Da Vinci Code, I suspect the next film just might be Angels and Demons.

I enjoyed this book a lot too, especially the idea that the pope had a child by artificial insemination (so he could stay chaste). I was disappointed that his son turned out bad. Seriously, though, be cautious about taking his "facts" too seriously; it is a book of fiction. Furthermore, he likes to use historical hypotheses that have little or no foundation. These can be a lot of fun, yes, but watch out for nutty ideas.

I think I liked it better than DaVinci Code. Don't bother with "Digital Fortress" though. It's not up to the rest of his work.

They're the same entity aren't they. Just find themselves on different sides of the fence.
