Every school day my stomach makes gassy noises in my first period class, study hall. I've started to eat during the class and I've considered bringing a bottle of water but I'm never hungry during the morning.

In my second period class I don't have any trouble at all, same with the rest of the day, but every day in first my stomach does the same thing. I think it may have to do with the fact that I really just sit there and don't do anything.

I don't get any stomach pains. It's more of an annoyance than a problem but it's terrible embarrassing because people think that it's another type of gas. Obviously I'm horrified by that.

Do I just need to eat even though I'm not hungry or something? I'm really curious as to why this is happening, if it's common and how to stop it.

I think your body is telling you that it wants just a little something like food before you start your day. Try eating a small bowl of oatmeal or a little bit of fruit. Or both.

I used to skip breakfast too because I wasn't hungry. My belly put up a loud fuss too ;)

After you brush your teeth in the morning, put 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in a 4 ounce cup (half a teacup) of warm water. That will settle your stomach.

I would say eat a piece of toast before school to give your growling stomach something to gnaw on.

TUMS...Prevacid... Talk to your family MD. If you have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) then it could be that if your intestines are upset after eating and getting stressed.. There's meds for that. Hope it's not your gall bladder - that's surgery.

You are lactose intollerant... stop drinking milk in the morning. Drink soy or rice milk instead. Cut down on dairy in general.

Drink apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons will do the job. Sooo gross though.
