I suppose you can become addicted to something you like in the first few seconds...one the other hand if its something your not fond of it could take longer, perhaps much longer. Maybe you could get in the habit of being more specific ? Although actually getting an intelligent answer here is doubtful on any level...as you will learn.

it's generally be found 30 days to break a bad habit - 30 days to establish a new one... 'course it would take longer if you slid off for a day or so...
