Sabrina was on Bewitched, her cousin was Serena.
I remember seeing that show but I couldn't remember so I googled it and found her name was Jeannie too! Read this link:

Samantha's identical cousin was named Serena (oddly if you think hard about all the different witches in that show every single female name ends with an "A", this same rule seems to have been carried over the new sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch even though the shows are completely unrelated!)
Now to your question: Jeannie's sister was named (get this) Jeannie as well! In all of the scripts, to avoid any confusion she was referred to as Jeannie II.

Her name was also Jeannie. In "I Deam Of Jeannie", every genie was called "Jeannie". Also on the show (blonde) Jeannie was the "good" Jeannie and her "evil" twin had dark brown hair and wore a blue costume while blonde Jeannie wore a pink costume.
Alot of other people answered Serena, but that was Samantha Stevens "evil" twin cousin on "Bewitched".

As disappointing as it may seem, Jeannie's troublesome sibling was named... Jeannie (and was also played by star Barbara Eden, for anyone who was fooled by the dark hair). Apparently, the character was referred to as "Jeannie II" in scripts for the show so the actors wouldn't be confused.
