It wasn't terrible but it wasn't as good as Tim Burton's Batman either. It was kind of like a cross between Batman and Kiss the Girls.

I liked Batman Begins better than the Tim Burton movies. The first Batman from Tim Burton was ok but the sequel with Penguin and Cat Woman was just creepy and weird (yes, I know, that's Tim Burton's thing). Batman Begins is way, way, way, way better than the ones with Val Kilmer and George Clooney as Batman. I also greatly prefer Batman Begins to the Spiderman movies with Toby Maguire.

However, I will say that it may be overrated. I enjoyed it but not as much as I expected to based on reviews I read.

I don't think it's overated. The feelings in this 2 movies r different kind of feelings. Tim Burton's one, yes, i have no doubt it's the best ever, but Batman Begins really did a great job. It's more to reality. More logical thinking from how he become Batamn, his gadgets.... everything is well planned n explained.

It's by far the most true to the comic book book Batman film to date. The original movie by Burton is classic and they'll never be another one, but as a past comics collector I appreciate it when movies stay true to the original work. Batman Begins was as close to the original story and as close to the dark, brooding atmosphere as you can get. So, no, it's not over-rated.

In a sea of remakes and TV and book based movies, "Batman Begins" was one of the very few that got it right. Isn't a new batman movie better than most of the other ones like "Dirty Dancing"?

No, it was the best Batman movie so far, really. It gave meaning to Bruce's "beginning", so to speak, or to his agenda that wasn't there in the other movies.

Heroes is sooo no longer hyped up. So the 2nd sequence wasn't as solid because of the fact the 1st, yet i presumed it picked up in the direction of the tip. lost began off solid then it erm...lost that's way slightly, even with the shown fact that that's decrease back on objective now. i'm no longer happy while they killed Charlie off however. I choose Heroes over lost.
