I am actually an Equal Opportunity Employer. In fact, I prefer to hir people for my comapny who live an alternative lifestyle be they Gay, Straight, Les, Leather, or other. I also hire Bi-lingual people of all nations provided they are qualified for the job.

Personally, I don't care what an employee's personal belief system is. I want them in the office, doing their job, and doing the best they can. I don't want religion to cause rifts in the work-place and I would courteously request that anyone I hired refrain from engaging in religious activities, or conversations at work.

I would think that employers would love to have a few Pagans on staff to work Sundays, Christmas, Good Friday, Hannukha, etc. in exchange for getting the Esbats and Sabbats off. (That's how we always did it when I worked retail.) That way, the Christians never have to scrap about who has to miss what service or what holiday. Let the Pagans do it. It works out well, I think.

I think if you don't employ them that you are discriminating and they should file a claim against you. Pagans are people, plain and simple. Spiritual views do not determine a persons work ethic.

Pagans prove to have no moral compass. A lack of integrity and little work ethic. They are also preoccupied with nonsense and have a hard time concentrating on work.
