She has a very nice personality, and is very cute. But she is 2 years younger than me, and at my age 2 years is a little too much. Please don't think I am weird. I know her because she is friends with some of my bro's friends. Any advice. She is pretty popular too. I am turning 15 next month, she is 13.

If she is mature (and I'm talking about emotionally and socially here), the chronological age difference might be a lot less than you think. She could even be too "old" for you! If it's friendship you're after, what is the big deal?

I'll give you a nice formula as a guideline. Take the age of the guy (in this case your age), add 15 and divide the result by two. The total would ideally be the age of the girl. In your case: (15+15)divided by 2= 15. But then, age really doesn't matter that much. You are both too young, don't take things too seriously. Umm.. 2 measly years is not much by any standard really. Just remember age aint nothing but a number and it shouldnt matter wehat people think of you when it involves your feelings with a person.

my parents are 6 years apart, so definatly not, and I know people that are 10 years apart, your fine, your not weird at all, your normal
