I am 33, married and in a very happy marriage at that. But there is a woman I work with who is single but yet she dates and I have noticed her constantly staring at me in meetings and I catch her looking at me at times and I notice when I sit in front of her in meetings, I can tell from the side that she is looking at my arms and shoulders, I lift weights a lot. She compliments me on my cooking a lot during corporate pot luck events, because she admits she cannot cook at all. She constantly smiles at me, tells me how sweet I am. A group of us went out for drinks last week and she was asking me how many beers I could drink and could I keep with her drinking and she again was constantly staring at me, what is up, does she have crush on me? Also , this girl is about 10 years younger than me and she is as hot as hell! She is so attractive and has a great pesonality so I am tempted, She is in a relationship herself, then why would she have a crush on me even though she knows I am married?

For some people there is nothing more attractive than "forbidden fruit." Also, they suffer such low self-esteem, despite their physical attractiveness, that they cherish no catch more than the individual who seems to not want them.
Does she have a crush on you? No. She sees you as a potential challenge and would seem to enjoy the idea of ruining your life at the expense of satisfying her need for attention.
I think you need to check it, get your head back into your marriage, and tell this girl in no-uncertain terms that you are not interested and that you would appreciate her turning her attentions elsewhere. Also, if she maintains this unprofessional behavior you will have to report her for sexual harrassment for she is creating an uncomfortable work environment.
Time to turn your ego back to what's important. Okay, so it's cool that a young and hot girl finds you an attractive target. Now go back to what you've worked hard at creating; a successful marriage.
