Started last Sunday, sore throat, achiness, headache, went to dr, said possibly bronchitis, gave me z pak. Since then I still have achiness, slight sore throat,head ache but also now I have nausea, and diaherrea tender stomach.

Take some paracetamol (acetaminophen) and drink plenty of water

There are so many new strains of viruses out there .. perhaps the z pak just isn't doing the job.. but my guess would be it is what is giving you the upset tummy and diarrhea and tender stomach.. if it was me i would return to the doc or call right away and let him know what it going on.. they may just have to give you something else.. Just do what the doctor says and dont strain yourself. Those symptoms are pretty common. Pills may help but with time it will all go. You will be good in another 5-7 days. Just do something extra about diarhea if you can. Strong coffee is good for dirhea.

Drink plenty of fluids, tylenol for the achiness, and try Pepto Bismol for the nausea and diarrhea. If your symptoms don't improve, you should go back to the doctor.

It is my guess that the antibiotic is causing the nausea and diarrhea. Check with your doctor.

it sounds like flu-like symptoms. i suggest you visit your dr. again, just to assure yourself that something more serious is not occurring. good luck.
