How do you Get volbeat in pokemon ruby for gameboy advance? for some reason it is very difficult to capture him for me.

The only place where you can find wild Volbeats is on Route 117. It's just west of Mauville City. However, the chances of finding them as opposed to other species of Pokemon are scarce... but they are still there.

i have ruby & sapphire volbeat is located in the grass area 2 your left of mauville where u see the 2 ponds 1 facing down and 1 facing up volbeat is in the grass where the pond is facing up next
2 the trainer lydia. i just ran in the grass 2 make sure volbeat was there it was. good luck :)
