I'm pretty sure he is openly gay, (I could be wrong but that's what i thought)

Yeah ... I remember the first time I saw him was in "Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss" .. a gay indie film at Sundance. And just because it was gay does not indicate that he is. Brace yourselves! However he really is. It's not a big deal everyone.
