Definitely -- yes, you can sign over your parental rights -- but remember, this is permanent when you do that and your life is forever changed.

you can sign over your rights in any state, but once you do, you cant claim that child ever again.

i would advise you to think long and hard about it.
one of these days something might happen to the other parent and then where would your child be?
