No! The doctor would only notice if, your skin was irritated. This could happened under many different circumstances i.e. riding a bike.

Actually, if the dr. is doing a vaginal exam, then he or she may be able to tell. This happened to me once - the doctor noted that my vagina looked "like it had been irritated with something" - oops! If it's just your general dr. and they aren't doing a pelvic exam, then don't worry about it.

No, but they might be concerned if you are irritating your skin with too much friction, creams, or toys.
