There Are No Records Of Swans Ever Killing A Human,
But They Could Break A Small Person / Child's Arm With Their Strength.
But Swans Are Usually Peaceful Creatures.

On 10/06/2003 a woman drowned after being attacked by a swan whilst swimming in a lake in Plock, Central Poland. She was unable to escape the grip of her winged attacker and drowned. The woman had probably ventured into the swans closely guarded territory. (SAPA Press Assoc).

Forget the bite bit!Swans can give a hefty clout with their wings and can easily break your arm or I guess your neck if you happen to be the wrong height or in the wrong position.

well, there have never been a case of a swan killing a human but if u get them mad the might try hurting you, but only to defend themselves. i dont think they will actually kill some one. if you dont hurt them, they won't hurt you.

Well if that had that Bird Flu they could.
I dont think it's "IN" them. I never heard of it. Ive been chased but after a peck or two they leave you alone. Now if they pecked ya in the right spot, maybe it could kill you?
