Hispanics are costing us huge amounts of money and they often dont have insurance. "dont mess with texas" is a message they dont understand. It applys to littering but also fing up our roads.

Drunk driving continues to play a major role in the motor vehicle traffic crash experience across
race, ethnic, age and gender divides. Data showed that the percentage of fatally injured drivers
who were drinking was highest for Native Americans (57%) and Hispanics or Latinos (47%).
This trend appeared to be independent of such socioeconomic influences as education levels or
the proportion of female-to-male drivers in the population of drivers killed.

drinking and driveing is such a stupid thing to do thats one of my petpeves i guess you would call it. i got this poem awent to a party,
And remembered what you said.
You told me not to drink, Mom,
so I had a sprite instead.
I felt proud of myself,
The way you said I would,
that I didn't drink and drive,
though some friends said I should.
I made a healthy choice,
And your advice to me was right.
The party finally ended,
and the kids drove out of sight.
I got int o my car,
Sure to get home in one piece.
I never knew what was coming, Mom,

the kid that caused this wreck was drunk,

Well you should realize that it is not just Hispanics that drink and drive since every single ethnic background also gets charged and kills innocent people. The Hispanics you're probably referencing are not in the country legally, and therefore cannot register a vehicle in the US, nor can they get insurance. You are racist to think it's only Hispanics that drink, drive, and kill. How come blacks commit the most murders? How come whites commit the most child pornography charges? Maybe your focus should be on the entire problem of crimes committed, and not blame ONE problem on an ethnic group.

it's not only Hispanics, idiot.
and whatever data u got for what u wrote here talks about people drinking who were fatally injured, but does not show who actually caused the accident.
there could be 5 people in a car, with 4 of them drunk, with the driver not having had a drink, and they got hit by a trucker who fell asleep at the wheel.
then u have cops who are prejudiced reporting that everyone in the car was drunk, even if it wasn't true, cuz the trucker was white and the people in the other car weren't.

Look girl....Hispanics are not the only ones who drink and drive. Allot of stupid people do it and come from different backgrounds. I don't care what race does it, but it's just stupid and foolish.

it doesnt matter who is doing it the most, its dumb to drink and drive period. regardless of the ethnic background.
