wow, this is a tough one. it all really depends on your situation. what i can tell you though, is that the key to STAYING motivated is support. you cant do it all by yourself, and support can come in many different forms. it can be as simple as, for example, being complimented at work or school for doing a good job. to a more, personal level, like being apreciated by your partner for your your role in the relationship. another thing that helps me is RESPONSIBILITY. i have a daughter, and i know that if i dont do it, noone else will.
also, you need time for yourself. and dont feel guilty about it either. if youre working hard, doing what youre supposed to do, then you deserve it. it can be anything, go out and buy yourself something, have some drinks with your friends, take those dance lessons, spend an afternoon painting. whatever. as long as you enjoy it. you need some down time to relax, take you away from the everyday pressures, and stress of life. remember, it doesnt have to be all work and no play.

To stay motivated sometimes in life is a concern to many people. I have found that if you love yourself, and feel you are the best thing in the world, even when you feel you may not be, it is easy to keep going. One thing is good to do to help you stay motivated is to think of where you want to be years from now. Find out what needs to be done to get there and start to learn them.
Setting Goals in your life is very important. Goal in daily activities, Monthly , and Yearly goals.
Start to work toward these things, when they are accomplished set more and new goals Strive to be the best you can be.
Find a niche that you like and you are fairly good at. Try different and interesting things. Travel meet new people places and things.
My question is not how to stay motivated but how not to stay mortified with life.

Every person has a different answer to that question. Philosophers have been trying to find an answer for centuries and there is still no concensus as to what is a motivator that works for all people.
The trick is to spend some time in serious introspection to discover what motivates you. You may discover that extrinsic motivators such as money, fame, recognition, duty, etc. are most important to you. Or, you may discover that intrinsic motivators such as happiness, satisfaction, self development, etc. have the highest priority in your life. The bottom line is that it is YOUR life and only YOU can answer the question of what will best get you out of bed in the morning.
One thing I can offer is to move the motivation outside of yourself. Those who find service to others rewarding are some of the most fulfilled and happy people I have met or heard of.
Find your own path. Have a lot of fun while doing it. You will find these to be wonderful reasons to "get out of bed in the morning."

I think it is the little things in life that get me out of bed in the morning and keep me going. Little things like having breakfast with a friend. A phone call from a loved one. Making a difference in someone elses life. I guess its nowing that I can make a difference in someone elses life and give them a reason to wake up in the morning that does it for me.

To stay motivated in life is to have the drive and goals, to achieve . There should be short term and long term goals. And also have that loved one be a lover, husband, children to strive for.

I always tell myself that things could always be worse. And I try to laugh even if things are looking bad, cause if you are not laughing, you are crying. But whatever happens, thing will work out.

Think of who i want to be, what i want in my life and especially who i don't want to be. Especially helps by looking at my housemates which don't give a damn about their lives.
