I've been constantly irritated with minor things. I guess it is because things take too long to be acomplished financialy, professionaly, etc. The fact that my marriage was not doing good could be the reason, but now it is better and I still feel nervous. What do you think that should be done?

You may be experiencing an anxiety disorder, go and talk to your family doctor, be totally honest about how you feel. You may need some counseling Until then some relaxation exercises will help. When you begin to feel anxious or irritated, make a concous deision to focus on your breathing, count your breaths for one minute, then slow your breath to 12 to 15 breaths a minute. If you can't do this, because you are driving or something, then in your mind, silently sing a well known tune, with all the words, you cannot feel anxious and sing at the same time, it is imposible.
Remember you don't have control over the behaviour and actions of others only of your own.

I understand how you feel because i am having a lot of irritation, anxiety, and depression problems. I know how terrible it can feel and i am sorry you have to go threw it. You should probably see a counselor. talk to someone, and tell them how you are feeling. there may be some medication that can help you feel more on track. and maybe even just talking to a professional about it may help you out.

you need to find out why you are feeling like this, dear. Perhaps a talk with a counselor will help you. It sounds like you're in a rut over something. Get screened for depression also.

I think you need to see a professional. Get medical advice. Yahoo advice may help but professional advice is better. Good luck.
