i want to find out the title of this movie.. pls help.. i think it's from the 80s?

the only scene i remember is that there's a girl in a hallway..
with lots of heads.. lady heads.. beautiful.. then later there's a beautiful lady playing as a queen.. suddenly changed her head with one of the heads.. can somebody help me find out the title?? pls..

Yep, I have that DVD - Return to Oz. It was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid.

Sounds like The Adventures of Baron Munchausen when they go to the moon and the queen keeps changing her head...
