Biongo's seems to have 1400 sites (and I've used boingo and it's ok in the US). However, there appears to be a surcharge of .08 to .12 cents per minute. Also, TIN seems good but even more expensive. 40 euro a week!!
Any suggestions are appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

Even if something is the best wifi in Italy, it doesn't do any good if they don't have coverage in your area. If Boingo doesn't have at least one of its 1400 spots where you can use it, it doesn't help. Unless you're actually considering moving based on where you can get wifi (better bet, DSL or cable, they won't saturate and slow down the way wifi will when it gets busy).
