Clean and Clear makes travel size strips in a container to wash your face wherever you go, you can also use them when you forget your deoderant when playing sports. Plus i would moisturize after every wash, you could even try a oil reducer strip (Clean and Clear makes these too!)

Try to keep a damp cloth on hand to blot sweat from yoru face during the game. Then make sure you adhere to a good skin care regimen. I usually wash my face with a cream cleanser, followed by a toner, and finally a moisturizer. I used to think my skin was too oily to use a moisturizer, but as I began to use one, it helped to control my skin's oil production. I wash my face once in the morning and once at night. I am a long distance runner, so I understand how difficult it is to keep your face from breaking out with regular activity. If your problems continue, I would consult a dermatologist or an esthetician at a spa for specific recommendations on caring for your skin type.

You should try to keep your face clean as much as possible. Just regular soap and water, don't use any harsh oil based cleansers or makeup that clog your pores.

I used to have really bad acne and I went to a dermatologist who prescribed something called Clinagel, and Retin A Micro.

You should ask about this if you go, it worked really well for me.

Panoxyl 5% Benzoyl Peroxide bar might help. Just use a good mild moisturizer like Cetaphil to combat dryness.

just try to wash your face more often with mild facial soap as your face becomes more prone to pimple causing dirt due to your sports activity. you can also use facial cleanser that washes off excess oils that produces sebum and maintains its fresh feeling. this cleansing process must be done most especially before bedtime in additional to your night time regimen.

wash obviously..exfoliate..try to get a descent acne kind of soap and use that then exfoliate...and if you need a quick fix, put toothpaste on your zit or where you feel like youre getting one, it dries it up and its gone very fast.

wash your face after you play. If you keep the area clean you won't get as many pimples.
