Whichever has the most cement in the structure! Prepare by getting lots of non perishable foods, lots of water, flashlights, batteries, and boarding windows. Most places are pretty safe, unless you are in a danger zone aka along the coast or very low lying areas. If you start to feel your house or apt being comprimised go in a small room with no windows, aka bathroom or walk in closet!
