How tall are you and what is your build?
Depending on your height, 124 lbs could be perfect, too low, or too high.
124 is usually my ideal weight (I'm 5'6, average build). It's more important to focus on your health than your weight. If you are very muscular, you will weigh more than if you are the same size but don't have much muscle tone. Do you feel good? Are you healthy? Can you go out and have fun walking or running and not feel terribly out of breath afterwards? These things matter more than weight.
For me, since my weight varies depending on how much I work out, etc., I usually focus on how my clothing fits. I don't care if I weigh 132 or 124 if I still have the same dress size.
In any case, it's not how much you weigh or even what size you wear, but that you look and feel good. What's best for you may not be the same as what's best for everyone else!

It really depends on what body type you are and your age. If your a teen, I'm guessing, then 124 is a pretty average weight and should be OK. You really should go to a doctor or nutritionist to see if your alright. Health is nothing to mess around with.

Weight isn't really a good indicator. It's more about height, body type and body composition. You can get your body composition tested at most gyms for $5. For a woman it should be between 18% and 30%. Or type in BMI calculator in a search engine and just put in your height and weight. Your BMI should be between 18-24

It depends on how tall you are, but that's a good weight for most median heights.
