Use a pumice stone or foot paddle to scrape off the dead skin.
Best time to do this is while in the shower or bath.
Avon makes and excellent lotion for cracked heels (foot works), you can also find something like this at your local drug store for under 5.00.
After applying the lotion put socks on and after doing this a couple of times a week your heels and feet will feel soft and look pretty.

Avon makes a great lotion for cracked heels. I use it all the time and it's only about 4 or 5 dollars. If you use it in the morning put socks on all day and by the time you get home from work you will notice a huge difference.
