I just turned 60. I don't feel old. I take good care of myself. I have a good outlook on life.
I have no wrinkles on my face. I feel more confident, wiser, mellow, matured, and more seasoned. My life has been on a scale of 8. Lots of ups and downs; but that's what life is all about. You just have to ride it out.

I turned 65 this year. Intellectually, compared to when I was 18, 21, 31, 45, 50, etc., I am a 10. I earned a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, and have 20 post-graduate hours. I try to stay current on local and world events, continue doing part-time teaching K through 12.

Physically, compared to when I was at those same ages, I am a 7. My diet and exercise regimen could improve my physical fitness score.

I have two daughters with college degrees, three granddaughters, and one great grandson with unlimited potential.

There have been disappointments along the way: a divorce, loss of a father and brother, jobs that didn't work out; but, overall, I would have to rate my life as a 9.

I feel the same as when I was twenty. I'm just a little smarter and a little slower.
