If you withdraw from penetration prior to ejeculating no the sperm will die instantley in the water BUT its very easy to have a little fluid come before ejeculating and this fluid CAN carry seed into her vagina it does not matter where you have sex, if you do not want pregnancy ALWAYS use protection, Condom,s for instance,
