No. Miss Liberty is over 120 years old. She needs the support otherwise her copper boobs would be hanging down around her waist

No, it is what it is. It's the Statue of Liberty & stands for freedom, but the creators of the statue were free to create it as they chose -and they chose not to make it topless.
