The best in my opinion is Limewire. Though it is not legal downloading, it's the easiest. You can also try bearshare but that is kind of slow and you have to wait everytime before using it. But Limewire has a range of different dowloads like, video, photo, music, documents and programs. But, yeah Limewire is the best.
