If you are really basic start with breakfast foods, fresh fruit, and flavor with sauce packets from restaurants. Im goign out on a limb here and saying you're a guy? Burgers or Mac and cheese, throw in ready made spaghetti sauce and drink with OJ. It will keep you from dying of malnutrition. Vegetable chow fun or lo mein are cheap and nutritious alternatives, as is pizza. Get taco mixes as well. Be careful to fully cook all meat and wash everything raw meat has touched. PBJ works too. Experiment a little. If youre really tight try to eat a fruit or drink some juice a day and eat minute oatmeal with butter or codliver oil (you can also feed this to a cat or dog) or rice adn beans with soem chopped onion. Yum. And take a multivitamin. Thats if youre under 1$ a day on a food budget. Good luck, dont poison yourself. Sandwiches work well too (not hard right?), but again watch the meat.
Sorry i just saw your name and it looks like a girl. Is th eproblem you dont 'like' the food? Steamed rice with dried seaweed and a chopped avacado = instant sushi. Mix rice with beans, onion, salsa (a spoon) vienegar cilantro and oregano. Salad - chop lettuce, chop tomato, cheese if you have want. Add dressign or make it by puttign oil, vinegar adn ground pepper in a bowl and mix until it tastes like dressing before puttign on salad. I always liked melting some butter with curry and cumin and putting over rice = faux indian food. Oh and fruit smoothies - and fruit - cut up and avoid stems etc blend with juice or some yogurt or both. Try 1 banana, OJ and a little yogurt. You can add some other fruit or a little jelly too.

Do you have any macaroni or
spaghetti or pasta of any kind?
Boil water and drop it in.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Dip out the pasta, or drain
it in the sink - but be careful
not to get burned!!
Put butter or olive oil and
salt on it. Got garlic salt
or garlic powder, onion salt,
onion powder?
Or tomato soup or cheese.
You didn't say what you
had there, so I can't really
help much.
If you have some bread,
you can put cheese on it
and put it in a skillet and
make grilled cheese.
Got a can of chicken noodle soup?
You may not think you want
something, but if you just
open it up and put it in a
pan and put it on the stove -
or in the microwave, you will
smell it, and then you will
want to eat it because the
aroma of it will make you
hungry for it.
Do you have peanut butter
and jelly?
Eggs to boil
or make a fried egg sandwich?
Cereal and milk and sugar?

It will require a bit of "work" but, buy a rutabaga, 1# of Hillshire Polska Kielbasa (low fat sausage), & some Worcestershire sauce. Peel and slice into 1" pieces the veggie; break or cut the sausage into 6 pieces, put into 2 quart pot and pour in about 1/8 cup sauce, cover with water & lid. Heat to boil, then let it cook on low heat for couple of hours. Delicious, simple and it will feed you at least 3 meals! (The longer you let it simmer, the better it tastes.

Try Once a Month Cooking. It takes just about as much work to make a single meal as to make 5. so, when you're going to make one.... make five instead. What you end up w/ is a freezer full of healthy, low cost TV type dinners. You just take them out & heat them. They don't taste like leftovers, because they aren't.
