Well the semen taste varies upon what the male eats and drinks.
If you don't want his semen to taste salty, he should eat plenty of fruits & vegetables and drink more water. Men that eat greasy foods, junk food, and soda tend to have saltier tasting ***.
Other then a change of diet, there's nothing much else you could do but use whip creme to illude the flavor of the semen to something more tasty (the whip creme).

tell him to eat more acid ic fruit like pineapple, it makes the cume taste sweet!!!

pineapple juice lots of it!! it is not going to work overnight but lot's of friut and juices should do the trick. It will take at least 3 weeks. Then it will taste sweet!

Well....most hispanics eat lots of meat...and theirs seems to come out fine...
However, if he drinks lots of sodas, that can affect his bladder...causing the semen to have a different taste
Ummmm...or just suck on a jolly rancher to kill the taste :/

Don't let him drink alot of coffee. That (among other things) gives the *** a foul taste.
