what i mean by this is have you ever had any problems concerning account information theft, suspicious charging, and the like? i am considering using it for iTunes but i need to know of its dependability. thanks!

I have used it for eBay for years and have never had a problem. I have used it for making and receiving payments.

Used it several times, to send and also recive payments.
Never had problems. PayPal is an eBay company, so it's pretty much a reliable source.
I just think they charge a bit too much commisions and change rate if you pay in different currency (eg euro/dollar)

No, the sellers that receive their money thru paypal
have more problems than the buyers that pay thru paypal.
ANd that is due to buyers calling there credit card companys and
reversing valid charges. They end up with the product and their money too and the seller gets the shaft.

I use it all of the time through Ebay. I've never had a problem with it, but just to warn you, there are lots of phishing scams that make you believe they're paypal. Just don't answer them and you'll be fine.
