Yes, you are only 16 that is so young! Your body has a a lot of resilience and with bounce back easily, I have heard that it is not until after the age of 25 that excess skin becomes more of a risk. good luck, be healthy, god bless

yes..as long as you do it over a long course of time and don't do anything drastic. as you slowly lose the weight your skin will slowly go back to close to the way it was. but because when you gain weight your skin does stretch out like elastic some it won't go totally back but i had a friend who lost about 100 lbs over the course of about 1 and 1/2 yrs and she didn't get the extra skin and gross flabby skin because she did it slowly with ex cerise and diet good luck

as long as you eat healthy, drink lots of water, & excercise alot, then you should be in good shape. Running is a really good way of staying fit. dont over do it though.
