You should use the right size first off, depending on your flow. Using to high of an absorbancy has been linked to TSS, a rare but serious disease. Light for the end of your period, regular for the middle of your period, and super for the first day or two. Regardless, you should never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. Hope this helps.

It depends on how heavy your cylce is. You should be changing your tampons, at least 5 times a day. Do not leave them in for more than 8 hours definitly. Also, you shouldnt sleep with them unless you sleep less than 8 hours.

I personally wouldnt use tampons at all...

However they say you can leave them in up to 8 hours.
I wouldnt do that because tampons breed bacteria
up there, it prevents the waste from comming out of
your body- i would go max 6.
