You probably have an infection. Get to a doctor. You should be okay to wait until tomorrow, just keep it clean.

First off, if you really want to soak it, use an epson-salt warm water soak 3-4 times a day. But its not going to fix anything. Sounds like you have some cellulitis secondary to an infection secondary to a foriegn body in the toe. Many times, the body takes a while to start the rejection process of a foriegn body, although, it can start immediately. The presence of the "white bubble" sounds (without inspection) to be a puss filled abcess. Your doctor, an urgent care, or an ER can perform all the necessary treatments. But don't delay these treatments. You will have to have the area drained, a culture taken to determine exactly what it is, be put on an antibiotic, probably keflex, its a good one for this; and finally a tetanus shot.

sounds like you have an infection going on. you might want to go to doctor before cellulitis sets in. you may require antibiotics to clear this up. for now try epsoms salts soaks as directed. if the bump or bubble is not near the original injury you may have an ingrown nail with infection or athletes foot[if it is athletes foot you will have more than the one bubble or blister]. these are just some ideas for you should you chose not to seek medical advise. you can try a great informative website, myfootshop.com or use the links below. good luck!

I would at least call your doctor's office and ask to speak to the on-call physician. Most medical insurances offer an ask a nurse phone number to call, as well as major hospitals. For now, I wouldn't soak it unless the doc told you to, and if you haven't had a tetanus shot, I would think about going pretty quick - sounds like they're going to have to lance the bubble to see what it is. If there's some glass still in the cut, they'll have to remove it before it heals properly.

It just sounds like your cut got infected. You should defintely go to a doctor to get it checked out in the near future, but you won't make it any worse by waiting till tomorrow. Just make sure you do get to a doctor soon.
